Library is the repository of knowledge. The teaching, learning and research process is ful­filled with the help of library only. Now a days libraries are considered as knowledge centers/infor­mation centers. The librarian has become an information manager/knowledge manager. The well documented library initiates the minds of present generation to improve upon the predecessors find­ings.
Presently the CJITS library is having 13,200 volumes in which 2500 volumes are reference books. It also comprises 200 CDs on basic subjects. The library has an application software which has been developed by the students. The library subscribes 40 national journals, 20 international journals and 10 magazines. The library also has 10 computer systems for digital library, which also provides internet facility.

Libary Reception:

As a body is incomplete without the HEART, so is the library without circulation.There are two Librarians helping the students in all the aspects such as searching for Books, Journals, Newspapers and the CD-ROMS available. The atmosphere is pleasant and the people there are very gentle to help the students and the visitors. Every stuedent is allowed to intake two books.

Reading Hall:

Its not enough if the library provides books for the users, but what is most important is the place for reference. The library has provided a reading hall which is very spacious and will accomodate more than 50 students at a time. The place is calm,pleasant and ideal for studying. The ventilation and light facility is good and has made many students to study in library hall.

Journal Lounge:

The hall to our left consists of journals. Arrangement for reading the journals has been made and along with this a computer to search for a particular journal & also for Books has been provided to the users. A xerox machine to help users get their documents, journals photocopied is also provided at this point.

Digital Block:

The hall to our left consists of Computer Systems with the required Software loaded so that Students can listen to the Lectures of Professors from the CD-ROMS made available for the Students at the Reception. There are fifteen systems with power backup.The Library is kept open till 6:00 pm so that students can make best use of all the available resources even after the college hours.
