        The department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering has been functioning since the inception of the institute in the year 1998 with annual intake of 60 students and from the academic year 2012-2013 intake enhanced to 120 students. The EEE department has 12 well qualified faculty members and 3 members of teaching assistants and technicians with high skill and experience.

The department is strengthening its standards by encouraging research under R & D department. The department has already inaugurated Solar Cycle, Tri-Cycle and Solar Car as a main project of final year students.  A few faculty members were attended various IEEE Conferences and submitted  their papers to reputed Journals .Some of our department students got placements in GE, NTPC, BHEL, AP-GENCO, AP-TRANSCO, AP-DISCO , TCS, IBM, INFOSYS and some of other MNCs.
