CJITS Training, Placement and Development Cell plays a critical role in networking graduating students with the industry. It prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers and CJITS alumni. It prepares the students for the process of recruitment and simultaneously create awareness among companies about the recruitment opportunities at CJITS. To promote career counselling by organising guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
A special corporate training program is conducted for final year students in resume building, group discussions, general knowledge, current affairs, etc.
Mock interviews are conducted by inviting HR Heads and Technical Experts from well-known companies.
Regular training classes are conducted, on campus, at the Digital English Language Lab to improve the communication skills of students. With a focus on Campus Recruitment, special training classes are conducted in association with professional training institutes and specialists in personality development, etiquette, grooming etc.
CJITS organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business houses of repute from all over India.To encourage students to participate in various events like, workshops, conferences, seminars both in and outside the college.To invite various corporate to the college for the conduct of workshops/seminars.To become a Placement Hub for the entire region to secure 100% Placement Record.
The major objective of campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education.This process reduces the time for an industry to pick the candidates according to their need.It is a cumbersome activity and hence majority of the companies find it difficult to trace the right talent.Since, many of the students do not understand the importance of training that is being imparted,whether it is an aptitude training or soft skills. When they show least interest due to various factors viz., projects, assignments or more of activities loaded by the colleges as part of their curriculum it actually de-motivates the students and make them hate placement training.
